Gender Equality Index – The Natixis Investment Managers Economic and Social Unity Scores 86 Points Out of 100
Based on five indicators and calculated out of a possible 100 points, this index measures a range of information every year, concerning gender equality in the workplace.
Companies scoring less than 75 points out of 100 are required to set out and implement corrective measures in order to improve their score for the indicators concerned.
In 2021, the Natixis Investment Managers UES obtained an overall score of 86 points out of 100, as detailed below:
- pay gaps: 36 points / 40
- individual pay rises: 20 points / 20
- promotions: 15 points / 15
- percentage of women receiving a pay rise on their return from maternity leave: 15 points / 15
- number of employees of the under-represented sex among the company’s ten highest paid employees: 0 point / 10
