This website is issued by Natixis Investment Managers S.A., a Luxembourg UCITS management company which is authorised in Luxembourg and regulated by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the “CSSF”) to provide collective portfolio management services as defined in Article 101(2) of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, as amended (the “2010 Law”), as well as certain ancillary services under Article 101(3) of the 2010 Law (“UCITS Licensing”). Natixis Investment Managers S.A. is also authorised by the CSSF to act as an alternative investment fund manager under Chapter 2 of the law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers.
