Brian Kmetz is Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Natixis Investment Managers Solutions business. As a portfolio manager for both model portfolios and institutional advisory, he is responsible for asset allocation, manager research and portfolio structure. He is a member of the Natixis Investment Managers Solutions Investment Committee, which manages a best ideas portfolio of proprietary capital. Client-facing duties include group presentations, industry conferences and educational sessions. He has 16 years of investment industry experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked in the hedge fund research group at Callan Associates, where he provided research on asset allocation, manager structure, manager searches, performance evaluation and manager monitoring.
Brian holds a BS in Mathematics and German from St. Lawrence University. He is also a CFA® charterholder and a CIPM® certificate holder.
