Dora Seow is Chief Executive Officer for Natixis Investment Managers Singapore, where she is responsible for leading and accelerating the growth of the firm and its investment managers across Singapore, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. In her current role, she oversees the development of the investment footprint while leading distribution across institutional and wealth channels.
Prior to joining Natixis Investment Managers, Dora Seow spent more than 20 years at Franklin Templeton, where she held a number of senior leadership positions across Asia, most recently as Country Head of Singapore.
Across her career, Dora has built deep, end-to-end experience across the asset management value chain, spanning investment management, portfolio services, distribution, strategy and regional leadership. She is widely recognized for her long-standing leadership in Asia’s asset management industry and her strong focus on enabling alignment between the evolving investment landscape, and client outcomes across the diverse needs of institutional and private wealth space.
Dora holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Warwick, Warwick Business School.
