Dora Seow is Chief Executive Officer for Natixis Investment Managers Singapore, where she is responsible for leading and accelerating the growth of the firm and its investment managers. She oversees the development of the investment footprint while leading distribution across regional institutional and wealth channels.
Prior to joining Natixis Investment Managers, Dora spent more than 20 years at Franklin Templeton, where she held a number of senior leadership positions across Asia, most recently as Country Head of Singapore.
Her career spans investment management and portfolio services, distribution, strategy and regional leadership in various capacities within Asia. She is widely recognized for her long-standing leadership and strong focus on enabling alignment between the evolving investment landscape and business outcomes.
Dora holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Warwick, Warwick Business School.
