Cyril joined AEW in September 2015. He has 25 years of experience in real estate from both perspective of expertise: in real estate valuation and structured finance.
Initially a valuer with Bourdais, Cyril later moved on to head of Ad Valorem’s valuation firm which he led for 5 years, leading annual portfolio valuation campaigns for insurance companies such as valuation for banks and investment funds. At Morgan Stanley, Cyril actively participated in sourcing and structuring in excess of €4bn of commercial real estate financing transactions, as well as their ultimate distribution through CMBS and/or syndication. More recently, Cyril established within JLL in Paris an advisory platform to assist property investors in addressing their debt financing requirements. Cyril holds a BA in finance from Paris Dauphine University and a Master in Real Estate from La Sorbonne University.
