Change of Administrator for NAM funds and Mirova Funds

Natixis Investment Managers announces that effective December 4th, 2023 the Depository, Administrative Agent, Transfer Agent and Paying Agent roles of the Natixis AM Funds and Mirova Funds managed by Natixis Investment Managers International will transition to Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A. in replacement of CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg Branch.
