BOSTON, October 16, 2025 – Natixis Investment Managers (Natixis IM) today announced the US recipients of its 2025 Global Equal Opportunities Advancement Scholarship. Four students from the Boston area have each been awarded a $5,000 renewable scholarship to support their college tuition and expenses, along with internship and mentoring opportunities at Natixis IM. The scholarship program is part of Natixis IM’s ongoing commitment to attract, inspire and develop future leaders within the financial services industry.
“We are proud to welcome the 2025 scholarship recipients to the Natixis Investment Managers community,” said Laima Bobelis, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility in the US and UK. “Our program not only provides essential financial support but also opens doors to career opportunities and mentorship that can help cultivate the next generation of talent in asset management.”
Launched in 2020, the Natixis Investment Managers Global Equal Opportunities Advancement Scholarship program has provided more than two dozen students with financial support and introductions to career paths in financial services. Awardees have gained valuable experience and mentorship through internships in departments such as sales, legal and compliance, and marketing. Additionally, Natixis IM leverages its multi-affiliate network to give scholarship winners more opportunities to gain firsthand experience and explore careers in the financial industry.
Meet the 2025 Natixis Investment Managers scholars:
Natixis IM’s scholarship and mentoring program is part of the firm’s broader commitment to strengthening the pipeline of emerging young professionals in the financial sector. Natixis IM partners with organizations that can help introduce more young people with varied backgrounds to career opportunities in finance such as two charter schools – Academy of the empower, Rim (APR) in Boston and the Life Learning Academy (LLA) in San Francisco; a long-term partnership with the John Winthrop Elementary School in Dorchester, Massachusetts; and The Equity Collective, a multi-year collaboration launched by Morgan Stanley designed to educate, empower and develop the next generation of leaders in the finance industry.
Natixis IM’s US scholarship program is designed in partnership with Bottom Line, a Boston-based nonprofit that assists first-generation students from under-resourced communities in their pursuit of higher education and career development in business and related fields. Natixis IM also implements similar programs in the UK in partnership with Haringey Community Gold and The London Academy of Excellence Tottenham (LAET).
