Steve Reissfelder is a Director at AEW and serves as Chief Financial Officer of the firm’s open-end, flagship strategy, the AEW Core Property Fund. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the accounting and reporting functions of the Fund.
Steve also works closely with the firm’s asset management personnel on the operations and valuation of existing investments of the Fund as well as acquisitions personnel on the analysis of new investments for the Fund. Steve has 25 years of accounting experience and joined AEW in 2005. Prior to joining AEW, Steve was a manager at a certified public accounting firm where he was responsible for managing financial audits of clients across several different industries, including real estate management and development companies. Steve is a graduate of Bentley University (B.A.) and is a licensed CPA.
