Jeffrey King is a Fund Manager at AEW, based in Frankfurt. He joined AEW at the start of 2024, assuming the role as lead fund manager for AEW’s European core strategy.
He has 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry; most recently he was at DWS in their Portfolio Management Team, where he was responsible for Residential Strategies for Institutional Investors.
Before that, he worked at Aviva Investors as Fund Manager for the Encore Plus Fund and CBRE as Senior Consultant within the Valuation team. holds an MBA from York University in Toronto, Canada, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. Jeffrey is fluent in English and German.
