Camila Kremer is a Vice President in AEW’s Investor Relations Group, serving as a product specialist across the firm’s opportunistic, senior, and essential housing strategies.
Prior to joining AEW in 2026, Camila was a Partner at Aspiriant, where she focused on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and manager research within the Investment Research & Strategy team.
Prior to that, she led investor relations and business development at Kairos Investment Management. Camila holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
