Alain Bruneau

Alain Bruneau is General Secretary for Natixis’ Asset & Wealth Management activities and is a member of the Management Committee. He oversees Risk, Compliance and Public Affairs and is instrumental in developing and implementing strategy, bringing his extensive experience and insight to analyzing how the global regulatory environment impacts Asset & Wealth Management clients. Before joining Natixis in 2016 as Chief Compliance Officer, he held a diverse range of compliance roles, most recently as group head of compliance at Exane BNP Paribas, and in previous positions as managing director, head of central compliance EMEA-Germany at Deutsche Bank, as well as roles at NYSE Euronext and Citi.

Alain holds a LLM in international law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a DEC in science from the College Jean-de-Brebeuf in Montreal.
