The firm continues to execute on its strategic plan and strengthens its International Marketing team, announcing three appointments: James Moore joins as Head of Digital, Data Insight and Marketing Technology, Matthieu Ghesquière joins as Head of Marketing Campaigns and Planning, and Rosie Smith is appointed as Business Manager.

James Moore and Rosie Smith will be based in London, and Matthieu Ghesquière will be based in Paris. All three will report to Emily Askham, Chief Marketing Officer – International at Natixis IM.

James Moore will be responsible for driving the digital strategy using enhanced metrics, data and insights as well as developing Natixis IM's client servicing model. James has over 10 years of experience as a digital marketer within the financial services industry. He joins from Jupiter Asset Management, where he rebranded its digital infrastructure. Prior to joining Jupiter AM, James has held marketing based roles at both Aviva and Citywire.

Matthieu Ghesquière joins Natixis IM as Head of Marketing Campaigns and Planning working closely to support sales and its affiliates around developing their strategic marketing plans and developing client centric marketing and communications programs. Previously, Matthieu worked at AXA Investment Managers as Senior Marketing Manager for Western Europe, as well as holding roles at Janus Henderson, Russell Investments and PIMCO.

Rosie Smith joins the firm as a Business Manager to support, deliver and drive Natixis IM's strategic marketing vision, bringing the business together on key initiatives and further increasing its position in the market. Having previously worked at AXA Investment Managers, she covered institutional, wholesale and retail marketing along with global data & insights. Most recently, Rosie won Unsung Hero in Investment Week's 2022 Marketing and Innovation Awards and came Highly Commended for Marketer of the Year.
