Anne-Laurence Roucher is Deputy CEO, Head of Private Equity and Natural Capital at Mirova. She was previously for 10 years in charge of SRI development and operations at Mirova since its creation as an affiliate of Natixis Asset Management in 2012. In her previous position as Head of Strategic Planning at Natixis AM, she was instrumental in the creation of Mirova.
Prior to joining Natixis, Anne-Laurence Roucher was a senior partner at the strategy consulting firm A.T. Kearney. In 2005, she joined Groupe BPCE as a project manager in the Natixis Strategy Department.
Anne-Laurence Roucher is a graduate of ESCP (École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) and Harvard.
