Céline Tercier began her career in 1998 at the Export Credit Agency COFACE in Paris, in charge of large infrastructure projects. In 2006, she joined DBRS where she was in charge of the rating of transactions within the structured finance department. There, she also developed rating methodologies for project finance debt. In 2008 Céline joined Natixis’ Global Infrastructure and Projects department where she was head of EMEA Portfolio Management until 2012. Céline then managed infrastructure debt mandates for institutional investors until 2016.

In 2016 Céline joined the Ostrum AM (previously Natixis AM) Private Debt Real Assets team as Head of Infrastructure debt activities to build the business.

Céline Tercier holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in Law and Finance.
