Vauban Infrastructure Partners (“Vauban”), an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers continues to build on the firm’s strong momentum and is pleased to announce the hiring of three senior individuals in order to bolster its team. Based in Paris and having a subsidiary in Luxembourg, Vauban’s team now totals 43 employees managing currently €4.7bn of assets under management invested in the diversified portfolio of assets across Europe.

Elie Nammar joins Vauban as a Senior Director dedicated to asset management in the digital infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Vauban, Elie was an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman and a Group Principal Strategy Manager at Vodafone. During his tenure there, Elie was a senior member of the Telecom Media and Technology practice working with local and global companies across Europe defining their growth strategies and optimizing their spend. Elie brings to Vauban his extensive experience in the topics such as Operational and Digital transformation, Capex optimization, 5G, Product portfolio definition, and an acute understanding of the European digital infrastructure market, its dynamics and players. His experience will further reinforce Vauban’s asset management practices in the digital infrastructure sector. Elie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Engineering from Telecom Paris and a master’s in Digital Business Strategy from HEC Paris.

In addition, Vauban is pleased to welcome Youcef Barrage as Investment Manager and Finance Director of Vauban Infra Fibre platform, further strengthening the Vauban’s overall set up and skillset in the digital infrastructure space. Youcef is joining Vauban after spending 6 years at Société Générale in the Infrastructure Project Finance team where he executed both advisory and arranging mandates. His experience in particular includes advising on numerous transactions in the fiber optic sector - he notably acted as Financial Advisor of Vauban Infrastructure Partners on the successful bid and closing of THD 44 Loire Atlantique that Vauban has closed earlier in 2020. Youcef holds a master’s degree in management from EM Lyon Business School.

Finally, Vauban hires Sébastien Trujas to join Operations team in Paris. Prior to joining Vauban, Sébastien held numerous roles in one of the largest European Depositary Bank, CACEIS Bank (Crédit Agricole Group) as a Relationship Manager on Private Assets and a Middle Officer on private equity operations. Sébastien also spent three years with Lone Star Funds, a leading US Private Equity Fund, as Senior Investment Accounting Officer in Luxembourg and two years with TMF Group. Sébastien further reinforces Vauban’s operational and client servicing set-up aiming to provide excellence to its services. Sébastien is graduated from St. John’s University New York-ISM and ISEG Paris in 2013.
