The infrastructure debt platform operated by Natixis IM International Private Debt has added Anne-Laure Carayon to its team as a portfolio manager.

Carayon has 18 years of experience in private debt having worked at Natixis IM’s parent company Natixis for twelve years and for other institutions in the industry prior to that. Since joining Natixis in Paris she has been involved in 80 European infrastructure transactions, particularly in the power, transport and telecom sectors. Many of these transactions have supported sustainable projects, including the first ever financing of a fibre optic network in France through note issuance, and the largest European offshore windfarm.

Celine Tercier, Head of Infrastructure Finance at Natixis IM International Private Debt, said: “Anne-Laure will bring us additional analysis capacity in key sectors for us which are renewables, green mobility and telecom. Her skills in origination and structuring will be key for us to continue increasing our footprint in the direct lending space.”

Carayon’s key skills include origination and structuring transactions, financial modelling and credit risks analysis. Prior to that, Carayon worked for Credit Agricole CIB and ABN Amro in London, structuring large loans and complex commercial real estate transactions. She attended Cass Business School, in London, and has a Master of Science qualification in Business Administration and Management from ESCE, a business school in Paris.
