Previously Deputy CEO and CFO/COO of Natixis Asset Management, Jean-François Baralon has been appointed Managing Director and Head of Distribution for France, French-speaking Switzerland and Monaco at Natixis Global Asset Management. Reporting to Hervé Guinamant, President and CEO of Natixis Global Asset Management – International Distribution, he will be responsible for developing the distribution of Natixis Global Asset Management and its various affiliates in France, French-speaking Switzerland and Monaco. He will assume his new role in January 2017.

Jean-François Baralon, 48, holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University Paris IX-Dauphine and a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille III. He began his career with the CPR bank in 1991. He joined IXIS Capital Markets in 2000 and in 2004 became CFO of Ixis Asset Management. In 2007, he was appointed Director of Finance and Operations for Natixis Asset Management where he also served on the Executive Committee. In February 2014, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Natixis Asset Management.
