Laurent Belouze began his career in 1996 at the Finance department of Aéroports de Paris, where he was in charge of the financial aspects of several airport acquisition and concession transactions worldwide. In 2001, he joined Groupe Caisse d’Epargne as a Director in the Project Finance Department. Laurent joined Natixis in 2005. Since then, he has managed several debt arranging and advisory mandates for the infrastructure sector and in particular public-private partnerships. In January 2010, he took over as Head of the Renewable Energy team where he developed the bank’s business and positioning in wind and solar project finance. In September 2012, he became Head of Conduits & Servicing and actively developed the Originate to Distribute model for institutional investors as he structured partnerships and agreements with several investors.

In 2015, Laurent joined Ostrum AM (previously Natixis AM) as Head of Real Asset Private Debt, in charge of the development and management of investment solutions in the real estate, infrastructure and aircraft sectors.

Laurent Belouze is a graduate of the Bordeaux School of Business (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Bordeaux) and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the Lyon School of Management.
