Roger Ackerman is a Vice President of Loomis, Sayles & Company and is an Absolute Return and Credit Opportunities Product Manager for the Fixed-Income group. He started his investment career in 1987 and joined Loomis Sayles in 2009. Prior to Loomis Sayles, Mr. Ackerman was a vice president at Fidelity Investments, where he managed the structured products platform, servicing the needs of high-net-worth clients of Fidelity’s family office, private wealth management, registered investment advisors and correspondent broker-dealers. Previously, he was a director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of credit derivative products to financial institutions. He was also a director at Fleet Bank within the credit derivatives group.
Mr. Ackerman earned a BS from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
